Password Security and Login Protection on texaspoker
Your texaspoker password is the first line of defense. We require passwords to be at least eight characters long, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. When you create your account on mobile (Android APK or iOS browser), our app enforces these rules before you proceed. We never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or push notification—if anyone asks for it outside of the login screen, it is a phishing attempt and you should report it immediately through our in-app support.
Every login to texaspoker is logged with the device type, approximate location (based on IP address), and timestamp. You can review all login attempts in your account settings under Login History. If you see a login you do not recognize, tap "Revoke This Session" to immediately log out that device. We recommend changing your password after revoking an unknown session, which you can do in Settings > Change Password. The password reset process requires your current password and sends a confirmation email to verify the change was authorized by you.
Two-Factor Authentication (Optional)
We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. If you enable 2FA in your account settings, every login requires a time-based code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar). This means even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. We recommend enabling 2FA if you manage a large account balance on texaspoker or worry about phishing attempts.
To enable 2FA, open Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication, scan the QR code displayed on-screen with your authenticator app, and enter the code shown in your app to confirm setup. Save the backup codes we provide; if you lose your phone, these codes let you regain access to your account.
KYC Verification and Identity Confirmation
Before you withdraw funds from texaspoker, we require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification. This process confirms your identity and ensures your account is not involved in fraud or money laundering. On mobile, you complete KYC through your account settings: tap Settings > Account Verification, then follow the prompts to upload documents and take a selfie.
We ask for three things: a clear photo of your identity document (KTP, passport, driving licence, or work ID), a selfie holding that document up to your face, and confirmation of your payment method. The identity photo must show your full face, both document sides, and your hands holding the document. Take photos in good lighting and make sure text is readable. We do not accept blurry, cropped, or heavily filtered images.
Verification Timeline and Payment Method Linking
Once you submit your documents, our verification team reviews them during standard business hours. Most verifications complete within a few hours; complex cases may take longer. You'll receive an email or push notification when your verification is approved or if we need additional information.
After approval, you must link a payment method to complete KYC. Choose from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment). We verify that the payment method is registered in your name by asking you to confirm a test transaction or by matching the account holder's name to your ID. Only then can you withdraw funds from texaspoker.
What Happens to Your Data After Verification
We store your verified identity documents in encrypted form on secure servers that comply with international data protection standards. Your documents are never shared with third parties except where required by law. We use your verified identity only to prevent fraud, process withdrawals, and comply with regulatory requirements. You can request to delete your documents anytime, but you will then be unable to withdraw funds until you re-verify.
Your verified status remains active as long as your account exists. If you change your name, address, or other personal details, you may need to re-verify. We'll notify you via email if re-verification is required.

Transaction Security and Withdrawal Protection
Every deposit and withdrawal on texaspoker is logged with your verified identity, the payment method used, the amount, and a timestamp. Before we process a withdrawal, we review it to ensure it matches the account holder's verified identity and payment method. If we detect unusual activity—a withdrawal to a different payment method than usual, or a withdrawal amount far exceeding your typical pattern—we may hold the request for additional review or contact you to confirm it was authorized.
Your withdrawal request enters a review queue subject to standard verification windows. We do not process subject to verificationly; the purpose is to prevent fraud and money laundering. Once approved, we send the funds to your linked payment method (local payment, online payment, bank account, etc.). Processing times vary: e-wallet transfers typically complete within hours, while bank transfers may take one to two business days. You can check your withdrawal status anytime in your account history.
Every texaspoker transaction is reversible only if initiated by you—unauthorized transactions can be reported within standard dispute windows.
Reporting Unauthorized Activity
If you notice a deposit, withdrawal, or game bet you did not authorize, report it immediately through our in-app support chat. Provide the transaction ID (shown in your account history), the date and amount, and a description of what happened. We log all reports and investigate within standard business days. If fraud is confirmed, we reverse the transaction and may reset your password or place a temporary hold on your account for your protection.
We recommend reviewing your account activity regularly—weekly if you play frequently. Check your transaction history, verify deposits and withdrawals match your records, and watch for unusual game bets or payment method changes. The sooner you report suspicious activity, the faster we can investigate and recover your funds if needed.
Mobile Device Security Best Practices
Your texaspoker account is only as secure as the device it runs on. We recommend keeping your Android or iOS device updated with the latest security patches. Enable your phone's lock screen (PIN, biometric, or pattern), and use a strong lock code. Do not use public Wi-Fi when accessing your texaspoker account; use a personal mobile hotspot or home Wi-Fi instead. Public networks can expose your login credentials to attackers.
On Android, our APK is downloaded directly from our website—never from third-party app stores, which may distribute malicious versions. After installation, open the app only by tapping the texaspoker icon on your home screen, not by clicking links in SMS or email. On iOS, bookmark our website and always access texaspoker through that bookmark or by typing our URL directly into Safari. This prevents phishing pages that mimic our login screen.
If you suspect your phone has been compromised (unusual battery drain, unexpected app installations, or slow performance), change your texaspoker password immediately from a different device, then contact our support team to review your account activity.
